Terms of stay

A reservation starts as a request for a specific site. During office hours (8 am – 8 pm), we email confirmation with a secure payment link within two hours, and your site is held until 10 pm the day of the request.

A reservation isn’t final until you receive our confirmation email.

Payment is made through the secure link in your confirmation email, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers, and no card details are taken on the website itself.

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival — reply to your confirmation email or call the office. Inside 48 hours, the first night is charged.

Early departures are not refunded. Need to change dates or sites? Call us and we’ll do our best to move you.

Check-in is at 1:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. Arriving after the office closes at 8 pm? Call ahead and we’ll leave your site map in the envelope on the office door.

Staying with us means agreeing to the campground policies — quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am, up to six guests and two vehicles per site, leashed dogs, fires only in provided rings, no outside firewood, no glass at the river, and no drones over riverfront sites.

Use of the river and the swim hole is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard, and children must be supervised at the swim hole at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service for rule violations — quiet hours, fires, pets — after one warning. Sixty-four sites share one riverbank, and the rules keep it peaceful for everyone.
