Juniper Flats Campground & RV Park

The fine print, minus the fine print

Campground policies

Sixty-four sites share one riverbank — these are the few rules that keep it peaceful, in plain language.

Policy details

Reservations & payment

Reservations are requests for a specific site: pick your pin on the site map, send your dates, and we email confirmation with a secure payment link within two hours during office hours (8 am – 8 pm). Your site is held until 10 pm the day of the request.

No card details are taken on the website — payment happens only through the secure link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival — reply to your confirmation email or call the office and we’ll release the site with a full refund.

Inside 48 hours, the first night is charged.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is at 1:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. Stop at the office on the way in — a Marek is there 8 am to 8 pm, every day of the season.

Arriving late? Call ahead and we’ll leave your site map in the envelope on the office door.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 10 pm – 7 am: generators off, amplified music off, conversations down to campfire volume, and vehicles parked until morning.

Guests & vehicles

Up to six guests and two vehicles per site; the cabins sleep four. Extra vehicles park at the entrance lot for $5 per night.

Pets

Dogs are welcome on a 6-foot leash, two per site, and never left tied at an empty site. Waste stations are along all four loops.

Fires & firewood

Fires go only in the provided rings, and only when Deschutes County burn rules allow — we’ll tell you the current status at check-in.

No outside firewood: Oregon law bans moving firewood to stop invasive pests. The camp store sells locally cut bundles, delivered to your site by dusk if ordered by 4 pm.

River safety

No glass containers at the river access or swim hole. There is no lifeguard — children must be supervised at the swim hole at all times.

Drones

Drones may not launch from or fly over the riverfront sites — the osprey pair on the bluff has seniority.

Accessibility

Ask the office about the level sites closest to the shower house — call (541) 555-0187 or mention it in your reservation request and we’ll point you to the best fit.

Questions about any of these? Call the office at (541) 555-0187 (8 am – 8 pm) or email stay@juniperflats.com.

Find your site

Every pin on the map is a real site with its hookups, max rig length and nightly rate — pick the exact spot you want and send it straight to the reservation form.
