Privacy policy

When you send a reservation request or a message through the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, the site you picked, your rig details, your guest count, and any notes you add.

That’s it — we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to hold your site.

We use your information for three things: to confirm your reservation, to send you the secure payment link by email, and to answer the questions you send us.

We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for.

Payments are handled by our payment processor through the secure link we email you after confirming your reservation. Your card details go directly to the processor — we never see or store full card numbers.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email and payments — and only as much as they need to do that work.

The site uses basic, anonymous analytics so we can see which pages guests find useful. It doesn’t identify you personally.

We keep your reservation details as long as needed for your stay and our records, then they go the way of last season’s firewood.
